No content on the website constitutes a quotation or a binding offer. Obligations between the parties arise solely from a written quotation or a signed contract, which governs the scope of work, duration, warranty and payment terms.

All content on the website, including designs, photographs, drawings, the logo and text, is owned by Cozy Arch and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No such content may be copied, republished, modified or used for commercial purposes, nor may any watermark be removed from it, without our prior written permission.

Sharing links to pages of the website is permitted without prior permission.

5Project photographs

We take care to present project photographs without clearly showing people’s faces and without any client details. Anyone who considers that a published photograph concerns them may contact us to request its removal, and the request will be considered promptly.

6Acceptable use

Users must use the website for lawful purposes only, and are prohibited from:

attempting unauthorised access to the website or its systems, disrupting it or affecting its performance, collecting its content by automated means, or using it in any manner contrary to the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website for any user who breaches these terms, without prejudice to our right to take legal action.

The website contains links to external services and platforms, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services, which are governed by their own terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.

These terms are issued in Arabic and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Arabic text prevails.
