A residential building from an empty plot to the finishes, built and supervised by us stage by stage.

A project that started on an empty plot in Al Thuqbah, Al Khobar, followed stage by stage: foundations, then the frame, then the walls and facade, and finally the interior finishes.

At every stage we make sure the work matches the drawings before moving on, and we record each step in photos.

The story

  1. The plot before we started

    We took over an empty plot and recorded its condition first.
